The Purple Hands Foundation and Containers for Change (WA Return Recycle Renew Limited) are once again partnering to drive positive change across the Kimberley region.

The Purple Hands Foundation helps young people overcome barriers to unlock their true potential, instilling important life skills so that no one is left behind.

Through its Kimberley Connected and Kimberley 9s programs, students are connected to culture, learn about healthy food and body choices and for the second year, Containers for Change will provide a ‘caring for country’ component.

Purple Hands Foundation General Manager Donna Rendell expressed her enthusiasm for the partnership.

"Containers for Change is a leader in promoting environmental sustainability through recycling and responsible waste management practices and so we are thrilled to partner with them again this year, combining our strengths and amplifying our collective impact,” Rendell said.

“Together, we aim to address both social and environmental challenges, fostering a holistic approach to community well-being”.

WA Return Recycle Renew, CEO Tim Cusack said Containers for Change was proud to be extending its partnership with the Purple Hands Foundation.

"Containers for Change, through its social impact objectives, is very proud to once again be partnering with the Fremantle Football Club’s Purple Hands Foundation," Cusack said.

"We have a commitment to building the impact of the Scheme in regional WA and working with Purple Hands Foundation enables us to realise that ambition in the Kimberley.

"Through this partnership, we can make a difference today and lay the foundation for a better tomorrow.

"The partnership exemplifies the Purple Hand Foundation’s vision of a connected WA Community, where young people are thriving from a sense of belonging and purpose, not only focusing on making a difference today, but also laying the foundations for a better tomorrow.

"Our vision for Containers for Change in WA has a strong alignment to this purpose and we look forward to our involvement for the year."
